Neuroscientists have discovered that between fitness training and dance, although both activities helped reduce the aging process in seniors, only dance was most effective in reversing the signs of aging in the brain!

While scientists know that physical exercise can combat age-related brain decline, this study shows that dancing, specifically changing dance routines and choreography, is superior to repetitive exercise like cycling or walking.
