Our first dance competition of the year will be the Riverfront Dancesport Festival!
This year's Riverfront will be held in Columbus, Ohio at the Renaissance Hotel. This is a change as we have typically attended this competition in Cincinnati, so it is a bit more convenient and 2 hours of a trip saved. The competition is run by Bill Sparks and Gert Roslender and has always been a well put together and nicely run competition, particularly for a one day event. The event will be held on the 14th of January, 2023.
Our recommendation for attending is to plan to travel on Friday and be at the hotel settled and checked in by 7:00pm to both orient yourselves to the hotel and, if you're interested or on a package, plan to attend their two seminars being taught by judges for the event at 8:00 and 8:30pm.
